My wifes 2013 nissan xtrail had been in an accident no fault of her own. Once her car had been towed to their yard they called me to advise of its arrival. From the point we were kept in the loop, helpful and in general just great people to deal with.. The car was repaired beyond our expectations. To the point that the car looked on pick up better then it was pre accident. As my wife said repeatedly " it looks like new !!!" And as they say "happy wife - happy life"

Repair work has been carried out meticulously. I'm very pleased. And the staff were totally efficient throughout.

My sons car was repaired here as part of an insurance repair by Racq. Cannot fault the repair and the whole process. From drop off to pickup was very well managed, highly recommended.

Very happy with the repair work on my vehicle. Super lovely reception staff. Helpful and kept me updated with progress. Showed and walked me through what repairs were undertaken on my vehicle. 100% recommend.

Repairs of the damaged panels at the right hand door side, side mirror and right wheel guard/arch were completed around 13 business days. I was kept informed of the progress and about their ongoing relocation to Crestmead which may have caused an overhead to the repair time. Nonetheless it was still completed well within their estimate and the damages are non-existent. The admin staff were friendly throughout their communications.

I had to get my car fixed a few weeks back through RACQ. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but I'm glad I got it fixed here. The front bumper needed fixing which they took about a week to repair. They did keep me updated on the progress for the most part and I was able to buy a new front grill for my Suzuki as mine had fallen out previously. Only thing is be careful when parking as one of the signs in car park (see attached photo) blew my mum's tire when she parked. All in all it is a good place to get a car fixed.

Great service and a big thank you to Kerian at the front counter, very helpful which was appreciated. My car repairs were done promptly and I was kept informed as to when I could collect my car.
